Ingredients:
1 tablespoon 100% extra virgin olive oil
1¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (12-oz.) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 cup teriyaki sauce
Method:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook 8 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium; add broccoli and teriyaki sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
