Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) box rotini pasta
- 3 medium ribs celery, diced
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 2 (5-ounce) cans Full Circle Market Tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons Italian red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold, running water. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, peas and tuna. Toss to combine.
2. Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper until combined. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
