Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) box rotini pasta
  • 3 medium ribs celery, diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Full Circle Market Tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons Italian red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make:

    Step 1

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold, running water.
  2. Step 2

  3. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, peas and tuna. Toss to combine.
  4. Step 3

  5. Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper until combined. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
