Gluten Free Baked Asparagus Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 large Full Circle Market Grade A Large Brown Egg
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup Full Circle Market Almond Flour
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • Lemon wedges and fresh dill sprigs for garnish

How to Make:

    Step 1

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. Stir corn starch, flour and salt to taste in a second shallow bowl.
  2. Step 2

  3. Dip asparagus in egg, then in flour mixture to coat; place on a parchment-lined baking pan sprayed with gluten free cooking spray.
  4. Step 3

  5. Spray fries with cooking spray; bake 10 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Step 4

  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and dill; serve with your favorite gluten free dip, if desired.
